1. Who we are
Roboteca ("we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract for payment is with Paddle; your licence to use the course content is with us under these Terms.
2. Your licence
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to access the course(s) you bought, for your own learning. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the service; it is not a perpetual guarantee of availability. You may not share your account, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or use the content to train machine-learning models.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for activity under your account. We limit the number of concurrent sessions per account and may throttle or suspend accounts showing signs of automated scraping or sharing.
4. Anti-piracy & watermarking
To protect our content, pages you view are watermarked with identifiers tied to your account, including invisible markers. Redistributing content can therefore be traced to the source account. See the Privacy Policy for what this involves.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the content in bulk, remove watermarks, or share credentials. Breach may result in suspension without refund.
6. Content
The course is educational material provided "as is". It is not professional, safety, or engineering certification. Follow all applicable safety standards when doing any hands-on hardware work described in the labs.
7. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
